Frequently asked questions
Where are my workbooks processed?
On our own servers, hosted in Switzerland. They are used only for the conversion and automatically deleted within 30 minutes — no copy is kept or shared.
Are formulas preserved?
The PDF shows calculated values, not formulas — it’s a frozen snapshot of your workbook. Keep the original Excel file if you need to keep working with the data.
How are large sheets split across pages?
Conversion follows the print area and page setup defined in the workbook. For wide sheets, set the print area or switch to landscape orientation before converting for best results.
Which formats are accepted?
XLSX and XLS (Microsoft Excel), ODS (LibreOffice Calc) and CSV, up to 50 MB per file.
